At
Green Mountain Hooked Rugs we carry a basic line of rug
hooking equipment that is high quality, reliable, and
affordable. Our standard and collapsible frames are
hand-made by the folks at Appleton Krafts in Ipswich,
Massachusetts. They also make the adjustable-height
stands which can be used with any lap frame.
Our selection of hooks are
from W. Cushing Co. in Maine, The Harry M. Fraser Co. in
North Carolina, and Hartman's Hooks from Virginia.
Scissors are 5 inches long
and are made of the highest quality metal so that they
will hold a sharp edge for precision cutting.
You will also find all 94 of
the Cushing dyes and a set of 3 finely tooled dye
spoons.
The Bliss cloth stripping
machine (cutter) from the Fraser Co. sits on the table
and comes with one size head of your choice. Additional
heads in a variety of sizes may be purchased separately.
